My name is Kaylee Apostoliuk. I am a lawyer based in Victoria British Columbia, Canada.
I'm always looking for networking opportuniies within the legal community.
I have experience in the following practice areas: Business Law, Civil Litigation and Wills & Estates
My story
I grew up in northern British Columbia, and created a goal for myself to become a lawyer while attending high school. I realized I had a passion for geography, and pursued a degree from Thompson Rivers University. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009, and won several academic awards during my schooling.
Shortly after I graduated from TRU, I received the good news: I was accepted to law school at my top choice - the University of Victoria.
Victoria is now my home and I volunteer extensively within the community. I was called to the bar in 2014 and am currently working in-house in the advertising industry.

F. Kenneth Walton Law Corporation, Victoria, B.C.Assisted senior counsel on administrative law, personal injury, and wills & estate files. Researched legal issues and drafted legal memoranda. Appeared in Supreme Court, and assisted counsel in the Federal Court of Appeal. Clearly and succinctly communicated legal opinions to senior counsel. Interviewed clients. Provided legal advice and recommendations to clients both verbally and in writing. Drafted pleadings, wills, and power of attorneys.

The Land Conservancy of British Columbia, Victoria, B.C.Helped monitor parcels of land in the field to determine whether land owners were compliant with environmentally-based covenants registered on their land titles.
